Reformer Classes
The reformer is the centerpiece of the pilates apparatus regimen and is considered “the moving mat”. Its' unique design brings an incredible dimension to the work and simultaneously supports the body while challenging the powerhouse. All exercises in this dynamic group workout are done with controlled, precise movements and follow a specific sequence building in mental and physical intensity as it progresses. Its impact on the body is phenomenal.

Tower Classes
These popular classes are done on mats that are attached to
Wall-mounted units popularly called “Towers”. They blend the use of arm springs, leg springs and various bars with matwork to deliver a very effective and satisfying workout leaving the body more aligned, lengthened and strong.

"50/50" Classes
Half the class is done on the Reformer and the other half is done on the Tower. This class flows, and with an emphasis on efficient movements and smooth transitions between the exercises, intensity is sustained throughout the workout. Prior experience on the reformer is required.

Mat Classes
Matwork is the foundation of any true pilates practice. All exercises in this class are done on a mat on the floor without any apparatus and use the body itself as resistance while performing the exercises in the classic sequence created by Joseph Pilates.

Private Sessions: These are individualized sessions where you work one on one with a teacher. Attention is given to your unique needs and your work is continually monitored and refined to help your progression.
